The hotel's location is ideal for those looking to attend concerts at the nearby Festspielhaus and is within walking distance to the city's many shops and restaurants. the rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities and the bathrooms are well-designed. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of items to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. Some rooms come with air conditioning, minibars, and tea/coffee making facilities, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Some guests have reported noise disturbances from the busy street outside the hotel, so guests may want to request a room away from the street to ensure a peaceful sleep.

We chose the hotel because it was opposite the concert hall where we went to hear Cecilia Bartoli.

I guess this is just like a lot of cheap to middle price jotels in Baden Baden. Clean enough, although the room we had was at the top of the building and so all the walls were sloping inwards. Made for getting round the room a bit of a crouch and shuffle! Breakfast was good - traditional german plus their version of bacon and scrambled egg - was ok actually. No bar although next door restaurant is part(?) of hotel and you can drink out on the front terrace of the hotel. Very good tapas bar just across the road and town centre a 500m walk Not bad although a bit pricey for what you get.
Not a lot of extras. Breakfast room and a lounge / day room at the top of the building (ok for working one afternoon, or sittiing and reading a book. Terrace was ok for sitting out on, but you can only get a drink or tea/coffee, etc., when the restaurant next door is open. Staff ok, but not overly friendly and not overly helpful. Room was clean but small, and functional. Bathroom was adequate. Could have done with air conditioning when we were there in july as it gets really hot on the top floor.

The service here was fantastic during our one-day stay in a classic double room with a separate bedroom and three windows.

A short walk to town centre
Staff not helpful. Breakfast atrocious. On arrival for breakfast, no food left on serving plates, coffee machine not working, no clean tables, . Very sloppy service. The bedroom had a very small bathroom- no room to dry oneself when coming out of shower. One bedside table- dining type chair on other side of bed. No mirror in bedroom, only in bathroom.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in a great location for exploring the city. The hotel was directly across from the concert hall, making it convenient for attending concerts at the Festspielhaus. The hotel also had bus stops on either side of the street, making it easy to navigate the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from.
One minor issue was the bathroom, which felt a bit narrow and confined.

Everything was excellent! Breakfast was grate. Restaurant Paganini (ground floor of the hotel) has very tasty and not expensive Italian food.
Pillows were too small for us. The rest was super.

The bathroom was very clean, the staff very fair.
Bad joke : The price announced on the web site wasn't the good one and less expensive than the price we've paid.
